• Undergo digital transformation, introducing disruptive technologies and data analytics into all business processes to enable new competitive advantages and change traditional ways of working.
• Manage complex transformational programs in multinational companies.

Your new role:

• Work on challenging projects that have a meaningful impact on clients.
• Diversify your experience and know‑how through a polyvalent role across different projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of the energy industry, allowing us to have a real impact on our clients.
• Address customers’ challenges by applying analytical frameworks and conceptualizing strategy development.
• Develop and synthesize business conclusions and communicate them to high executive sponsors (C‑Level).
• Take part in our full business cycle, helping design new offerings, project proposals, and engaging customers for business continuity.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Business Administration, Economics, or similar are also considered.
• At least 2 years of experience working in management consulting, energy & utilities companies, or similar industries. Energy knowledge is highly valuable.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools to develop complex business cases and C‑Level documents.
• Proficiency in English. Other languages are valued.
