Accenture in Madrid seeks a Strategy Consultant to contribute across deal lifecycle, from market analysis to PMI, leveraging AI tools and strategic frameworks. The role blends strategic thinking with operational execution in a hybrid Madrid setting.

The candidate will support due diligence, value creation, and integration initiatives, working with cross-functional, international teams and senior stakeholders. English C1 required.

Formación

• 4+ years in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, M&A Advisory, or related fields.
• 2+ years in transformation initiatives or high-pressure environments.
• Experience building business cases, executive presentations, and client deliverables using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong understanding of the M&A lifecycle: target ID, due diligence, value creation, PMI.
• Comfortable with IT-driven workstreams and cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; English at least C1.

Responsabilidades

• Structure complex business problems using strategic frameworks.
• Assess KPIs and performance metrics to drive insights for decisions.
• Manage workstreams in pre- and post-deal projects with quality deliverables.
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Collaborate with international teams on strategy and M&A projects.
