Nextpower in Madrid seeks a Sourcing Lead for Power Electronics to manage and implement world-class supply chain strategies. The role drives strategy aligned with global procurement policies and supports growth across Nextpower product offerings.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in strategic electronics sourcing, a related bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and strong negotiation and leadership abilities. This is a full-time, on-site position in Madrid with travel across Europe.

Formación

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing for electronics.
• BSc in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with EMS industry is a must.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within Europe and internationally.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and BOMs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global sourcing strategy including supplier selection and cost management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive long-term sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Drive cost reductions and DoM reviews with technical teams.
• Develop plans to strengthen supplier relationships and profitability.
