Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Senior SAP Project & Portfolio Manager to steer the global SAP project portfolio, aligning strategic planning with delivery to meet quality standards of a regulated pharmaceutical business.

You will coordinate with business process owners, Demand Management, SAP teams, and implementation partners worldwide to provide transparency and governance across regions.

Formación

• 10+ years leading global IT projects, including end-to-end deployment of SAP solutions across multiple regions.
• Knowledge of regulated pharmaceutical environments and GMP/compliance requirements.
• Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods; professional certifications like PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Steer the global SAP project portfolio to align with business strategy and IT roadmap.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across concurrent SAP initiatives and partners.
• Produce portfolio reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management and steering committees.
• Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and budget tracking across parallel projects.
• Partner with business process owners, IT management, Demand Management, SAP teams, and partners to stay delivery-aligned.
• Run change management and rollout activities for SAP solutions across business units.
• Ensure SAP projects meet governance, audit, validation, and quality standards in a regulated pharma environment.
• Strengthen portfolio management frameworks, delivery standards, and documentation.
