Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Global Quality IT Platforms to lead large-scale initiatives that support product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

You will work with senior executives and cross-functional teams across regions to plan, implement, and release programs, ensuring GxP compliance and effective IT governance.

Formación

• 10+ years leading large-scale IT programs in regulated environments.
• Deep knowledge of GxP compliance and quality platforms.
• Experience with digital transformation in pharma.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

As a Senior Program Manager, Global Quality IT Platforms, you will lead large-scale Quality IT initiatives that support Fresenius Kabi’s highly regulated pharmaceutical business. You will shape global Quality platforms that underpin product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Working with senior business and IT executives, global stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will manage strategic programs from planning through implementation and release across multiple regions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead complex global Quality IT programs and platform transformations from strategy through release.
• Govern the full delivery lifecycle: planning, requirements, risk management, testing, and deployment.
• Advise senior business and IT executives to inform decisions and shape future Quality capabilities.
• Manage program budgets, global stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements while balancing innovation, efficiency, and business value.
• Lead steering committees and engage executive stakeholders at VP and senior management level.

Your Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale IT programs in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated GxP environments.
• Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems such as Veeva, IQVIA, or TrackWise and in digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven program and project management experience; PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Deep understanding of IT service management, governance, and release management practices.
• Ability to lead global teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders across complex international organizations.
• Ability to navigate complexity, influence executive decisions, and deliver strategic business outcomes.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally when required.
