Aleph is seeking a Manager, SAP Platform & Integrations to own the SAP S/4HANA programme across 38 entities in 25+ countries. You will coordinate cross‑workstream delivery, govern changes, and own the SAP BTP layer, including iFlows, certificates, and connections to Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, and more.

The role requires strong programme management experience, SAP BTP knowledge, and vendor governance with Globant. Fluent English is required, and multi-country experience is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years in SAP programme management or platform administration.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream SAP delivery with architects and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP integrations, iFlow configuration, and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Own the SAP platform roadmap across all modules and workstreams, coordinating with architects and stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end change request pipeline: intake, triage, dependency mapping, prioritization, delivery tracking.
• Serve as the primary SAP contact across the business, translating needs into platform decisions.
• Facilitate release planning and go-live coordination with UAT, cutover readiness and alignment.
• Identify quick-win automation opportunities in coordination with the Integration Architect and n8n.
