Byly Group is seeking a Production & Supply Planner to own the production and supply planning process, ensuring product availability while optimizing efficiency and material requirements. The role combines production planning, supply planning, MRP and cross-functional coordination with key stakeholders across Production, Procurement, Commercial, Marketing, Laboratory, Logistics and more.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management or a related field.
• Experience in production planning, supply planning or material planning.
• Strong understanding of MRP and production planning.
• Experience with an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is valued.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Ability to use AI-based tools for planning, data analysis and process optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the factory production plan up to three months ahead using orders, forecasts and capacity.
• Prepare and maintain short-term production schedules for the next two weeks.
• Review system proposals and adjust by capacity, demand and priorities.
• Release and manage production orders aligned with business needs.
• Optimize batches and formats to reduce production runs and finalize quantities.
• Monitor progress and adapt the plan to demand changes and constraints.
• Coordinate with procurement and third-party manufacturing to meet dates.
• Run and manage MRP, forecast uploads and system corrections.
• Identify supply risks and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate planning for product changes and new launches.
• Maintain master data and ensure ERP parameters are accurate.
