Byly Group in Barberà del Vallès, Barcelona, seeks a Production & Supply Planner to own the production and supply planning process, ensuring product availability while optimizing efficiency and material requirements. The role combines production planning, supply planning, MRP and cross-functional coordination with teams across Production, Procurement, Commercial, Marketing, Laboratory and Logistics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management or a related field.
• Experience in production planning, supply planning, material planning or a similar Supply Chain role.
• Strong understanding of MRP, production planning and material requirements.
• Experience working with an ERP system; Dynamics 365 BC experience is highly valued.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the factory production plan up to three months ahead based on orders, forecasts and capacity.
• Prepare and maintain the short-term production schedule for the next two weeks.
• Review system proposals and adjust for capacity, materials, demand and priorities.
• Release and manage production orders to meet business needs.
• Optimize production batches and formats to reduce runs.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans to demand changes and constraints.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure alignment.
• Run and manage MRP, forecasting uploads and exception handling.
• Plan material requirements and address supply risks.
• Coordinate planning for product changes and new launches.
