Byly Group in Barcelona is seeking a Production & Supply Planner to own the production and supply planning process, ensuring product availability while optimizing efficiency and material requirements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, MRP and ERP proficiency, and the ability to coordinate across Production, Procurement, Commercial, Marketing, Laboratory and Logistics to manage demand, capacity and changes in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in production planning, supply planning and material planning.
• Strong understanding of MRP, production planning and material requirements.
• Experience with an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the production plan up to three months ahead based on orders, forecasts and capacity.
• Prepare short-term schedules with a two-week horizon and adjust per priorities.
• Release and track production orders to meet business needs.
• Run the MRP process, analyze forecasts and correct system exceptions.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Materials to align plans and prevent stockouts.
• Identify supply risks and propose corrective actions proactively.
• Coordinate changes, launches and packaging or formulation updates in planning.
• Maintain master data and planning parameters in the ERP system.
