Ecolab in Spain is seeking a supply chain planner to manage demand, supply, or raw materials for a medium portfolio. You will coordinate with production and stakeholders to meet customer requirements through S&OP and capacity planning, while driving small-to-medium continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, finance, marketing, or related analytical discipline.
• Significant experience with ERPs, advanced planning systems, analytical software.
• High proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Effective communication with diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for decision-making and stakeholder consensus.
• Ability to navigate complex policy, process, and people dynamics.
• Track record of delivering to KPIs and business objectives.
• Cross-functional collaboration and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own demand, supply, or raw material planning to meet customer requirements via S&OP, capacity planning, or material resolution.
• Manage short-term scheduling/planning for large facilities or complex product lines.
• Identify and solve problems in ambiguous situations.
• Lead or participate in small-to-medium continuous improvement projects.
• Build internal/external partnerships to meet shared objectives.
