Essity is seeking a Production Planning Graduate to join our team in Spain. You will assist in balancing demand and production capacity, supporting short- and mid-term planning horizons, and collaborating with manufacturing and supply teams to ensure feasible production schedules.

The role offers structured onboarding, dedicated training, and coaching to develop into a future Production Planner, with exposure to planning tools and processes in a global company.

Formación

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Early experience or interest in supply chain.
• Analytical skills, Excel; SAP beneficial.
• Team player with communication skills.
• Proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring feasibility and alignment with manufacturing teams.
• Assist in developing weekly production plans for the 3–16 week horizon, supporting capacity analysis and reviews.
• Support planning scenarios related to volume changes, stock adjustments, and new product introductions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply, and Market teams to ensure visibility and communication of changes.
• Maintain accurate planning master data in planning systems and contribute to tool/process improvements.
