Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a Global Product Manager to own the SFC portfolio's lifecycle and profitability across market segments and channels.

You will develop and manage the portfolio according to market needs, business strategy, and targets, ensuring high reliability and seamless integration with grid infrastructure. You will lead market intelligence, define roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams to prioritize development and craft segment-specific value propositions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate marketing/strategy qualification preferred.
• 5–10 years in product marketing/management in a technology-based organization.
• Ability to influence and work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Solid knowledge of industrial hardware and software development.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage entire product life cycle for the portfolio, hardware and software.
• Lead market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap with new developments and phase-outs.
• Prioritize and oversee product development with cross-functional teams.
• Define value propositions per segment and channel for marketing strategies and launches.
• Improve product management processes and tools such as configurators and lifecycle management.
• Drive cross-functional innovation and input to R&D for IP protection.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

MBA or related qualification in Marketing/Strategy
