Coty is hiring a Divisional Senior Planner in Barcelona to lead end-to-end lifecycle activities, including innovation management, catalogue and license tracking, and global demand planning to support S&OP.

You will collaborate with HQ Planning teams, optimize portfolio performance, monitor launches, and work with SAP and Power BI. Fluent communication and strong analytical skills are essential in this fast-paced, international setting.

• Experience in end-to-end supply chain planning.
• Ability to manage innovation launches and portfolio optimization.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Excellent communication in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead lifecycle activities including innovation, catalogue and license management.
• Own global demand planning and S&OP processes.
• Coordinate with HQ and regional teams for launch forecasts.
• Analyze KPIs (MAPE, service levels) and drive improvements.
• Maintain product catalogue and lifecycle data accuracy.
