Revlon Corporate in Barcelona (Cornellà de Llobregat) seeks a Senior Demand Planner to join the Operations team and drive accurate, collaborative demand planning across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. You will develop forecasts, balance short-term needs with long-term strategy, and ensure forecast quality through data-driven insights.

• Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain experience with at least 3 years in Demand Planning.
• Experience working with SAP, APO, Manugistics or similar planning tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data management capabilities.
• Fluent professional English and Spanish to lead meetings and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the demand planning process within the S&OP cycle.
• Develop monthly and weekly forecasts balancing short- and long-term horizons.
• Build volume and value forecasts by integrating inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Analyze performance, inventory, and forecast deviations to identify risks and opportunities.
• Communicate projections to Finance and stakeholders and drive forecast accuracy.
