Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe seeks aPricing professional to support military aircraft pricing and bids. You will set prices, build profitability analyses, and coordinate with Legal, Contracts and customer teams to secure favorable terms and outcomes.

The role requires 2–3 years in pricing, an engineering or business background, and fluency in English and Spanish. Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration are essential in a high-stakes environment.

Formación

• Engineering degree or business school degree; MBA desirable.
• 2–3 years in pricing or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set up prices based on cost collection and profitability analyses.
• Define terms with Legal and Contracts for contractual structure.
• Present business cases to approval boards (RMC process).
• Support commercial negotiations to meet profitability targets.
• Lead price investigations and negotiate final prices with customers.
• Manage customer contracts including claims and waivers during execution.
