Celonis is seeking a Strategic Pricing Intern in Madrid to support pricing and commercial excellence. You will work with GTM, Analytics, Product, Finance, and Operations to develop, test, and operationalize pricing strategies in a fast-growing tech environment.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience, including pricing assets, enablement for GTM teams, and CPQ/quoting tool configuration, all within a hybrid work setup.

Formación

• Recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and high clarity of thought.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Gemini or Claude for productivity and analysis tasks.
• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule from the Madrid office (minimum 3 days/week on-site).
• Available to work 40h/week for 12 months.

• Leverage internal and external data to surface actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support development of pricing strategies aligned with revenue, adoption, and margin goals.
• Support rollout of pricing changes including CPQ/quoting tool configuration.
• Contribute to win/loss and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions.
• Prepare monthly executive reviews on pricing performance and go-forward recommendations.

The Team:

The Strategic Pricing Intern will join our Global Pricing Organization, reporting into our Head of Product Pricing. The team is responsible for structuring what we sell, how, and at what price - spanning pricing strategy, pricing analysis, and pricing operations. In addition we provide ad-hoc deal support regarding pricing structure. We are a leading technology business with a global customer base that continues to scale and expand. The breadth and depth of our solutions are evolving rapidly, and the pricing team plays a critical role in defining strategies that balance the short- and long-term success of the business.

The Role:

As a Strategic Pricing Intern at Celonis, you will learn about and support the pricing and commercial excellence strategy for our products and solutions, working with GTM, Analytics, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to develop, test, and operationalize our pricing and commercial strategies.

This position requires strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset for data-driven, focused execution.

The successful candidate will be based out of our Madrid office hub, working a hybrid schedule (with a minimum of 3 days/week on-site).

• Leverage internal and external data to surface actionable insights, leading to recommendations, decisions, and actions.
• Support the development of our pricing strategies in alignment with our revenue, adoption, and margin goals.
• Support the rollout of pricing changes, both internally and externally, including the creation of pricing assets, enablement of operational and GTM teams, and CPQ/quoting tool configuration and updates.
• Contribute to win/loss and competitive analysis to inform pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy decisions.
• Support the preparation of monthly executive-level reviews on pricing performance and go-forward recommendations.
