H&M Group is seeking a senior People Relations leader in Barcelona to drive the Market People Relations agenda, ensuring compliance, supporting business goals, and creating an outstanding colleague experience across the market.

You will partner with leaders, manage labour and industrial relations, lead the local People Relations team, and collaborate with Global teams on policies while promoting health, safety and wellbeing.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with expertise in Labour Law and Industrial Relations.
• Experience leading and developing teams in People Relations.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive the Market People Relations strategy across the Barcelona market.
• Coaching and supporting leaders on strategic people matters.
• Manage labour law, industrial relations, union and works council relationships.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, policies and governance.
• Develop the local People Relations team and lead health and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with Global People Relations to implement policies locally.
