Jobtailor in Viladecans is seeking a Business Development professional to build and maintain relationships with CROs, Pharmas and Biotechs, while coordinating budgets and the sales pipeline for clinical trial services. You will negotiate quotes and manage opportunities, plus oversee essential documents and regulatory paperwork.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in business development within a company offering services or B2B, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry—specifically in clinical supplies for a clinical trial environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional ability to deliver customer service to the highest standards of quality and excellence.
• Strong client-building and third-party relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English— the hiring process will be conducted in this language.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients (CROs, Pharmas, and Biotechs).
• Prepare and negotiate budgets for clinical trial services.
• Follow up on quotes presented during the negotiation process.
• Ensure and manage the pipeline of opportunities.
• Oversee document management (CDAs and MSAs).
• Represent the company at national and international events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as PMs, Supply Chain, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs.
