Mimacom is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to drive forecasting, financial tracking, data governance and operational excellence across the organization. This maternity leave replacement position, lasting at least 18 months, offers the chance to continue the collaboration or transition to a permanent role based on business needs and performance.

You will own the forecasting process, support contract administration, billing, revenue management, and deliver data-driven insights

Formación

• Several years of experience in operations, finance operations, or a similar function.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting contract management, billing, and revenue activities.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, finance, and accounting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own the forecasting process and monitor forecast accuracy and budget performance.
• Support contract administration, billing activities, and revenue management.
• Deliver KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports for data-driven decisions.
• Champion data quality across CRM, finance, and accounting systems.
• Drive process improvements and streamline workflows across teams.
• Provide reliable admin and operational support for day-to-day activities.
