Job summary

Jobgether is listing a Contract Manager – OFCI Procurement (Data Centers) based in Spain on behalf of a partner company. You will lead commercial strategy, administer OFCI contracts, and coordinate with procurement, legal, and finance teams to protect the owner's interests.

In this role you will manage high-value, long-lead packages, negotiate with suppliers, resolve changes, and ensure alignment with project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of contract/commercial management on capital projects.
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing lifecycle contracts.
• Track record managing high-value, long-lead equipment contracts.
• Experience on data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience with NetSuite and procurement workflows (PR/PO lifecycles, vendor setup).
• Ability to work with large procurement datasets across ERP and procurement tools.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, risk allocation, and contract administration skills.
• Experience with cost control, cash flow, claims, and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial strategies for OFCI equipment packages.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and finalize supply agreements.
• Draft, review and amend POs and contracts.
• Define risk allocation for delivery, price escalation and force majeure.
• Align contract structures with project cash flow.
• Negotiate pricing models, payment milestones, and security instruments.
• Manage price escalation, currency exposure and tax considerations.
• Support forecast, cash flow planning, and budgeting.
• Administer OFCI contracts through engineering, manufacturing, and delivery.
• Issue notices and approvals per terms.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Maintain auditable contract records.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, tax and insurance.
• Participate in supplier performance reviews and escalation meetings.
• Monitor milestones and long-lead equipment commitments.
• Mitigate delays and align OFCI contracts with installation contractors.
• Support transition from project execution to operations.
