Jobgether is seeking a senior OFCI Equipment Procurement Manager based in Spain to oversee the technical and commercial procurement of critical data center infrastructure. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical procurement, engineering, or related field within data centers or critical facilities.
• Experience procuring long-lead, OFCI equipment (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed).
• Strong technical understanding of critical electrical power and mechanical cooling systems in data centers.
• Experience with FAT, commissioning, and coordination with engineering, construction, and installation teams.
• Ability to evaluate technical specs, assess vendor compliance, review engineering docs, and support complex procurement decisions.
• Experience managing critical equipment suppliers, manufacturing schedules, quality requirements, and delivery milestones.
• Knowledge of procurement planning, supply chain risk, and project schedule control for long-lead equipment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across international teams.
• Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, NFPA, NEC, ASHRAE, and local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Scope and Engineering Coordination: define and validate OFCI scopes with design/construction teams and review specs, diagrams, and datasheets for reliability and uptime targets.
• Vendor Selection and Technical Procurement: issue RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, coordinate interviews, and support negotiations with performance guarantees and FAT.
• Critical Equipment Procurement: manage procurement of long-lead electrical and mechanical equipment (generators, switchgear, transformers, UPS, PDUs, chillers, CRAH/CRAC, pumps, heat exchangers, and BMS/SCADA).
• Manufacturing, Testing, and Quality Control: monitor vendor schedules, review drawings, coordinate FATs, and address non-conformances and change control.
• Logistics, Delivery, and Installation Readiness: plan international transport, customs, storage, and site readiness; support installation handovers.
• Schedule, Risk, and Interface Management: track long-lead items against critical paths and mitigate supply risks; coordinate interfaces with contractor-installed systems.
• Documentation, Commissioning, and Handover: ensure complete technical documentation and support IST and final handover to operations.
