easyJet holidays is seeking a Marketing Lead for Iberia & Focus Cities, based in Madrid with a hybrid work pattern (Madrid, Lisbon or Barcelona options). You will lead strategy, planning and delivery across paid, owned and partner channels, managing a local team and market investment to drive brand consideration and demand.

You will connect local market insights with European priorities, coach your team, and collaborate with agencies, tourist boards and airports to optimise performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leadership experience in multi-market consumer brands.
• Ability to translate priorities into local market plans and integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Set market strategy and turn European priorities into a focused plan across paid, owned and partner channels.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and resources; collaborate with media, CRM, web merchandising, PR and trading teams.
• Lead locally relevant creative and campaign delivery, manage agencies and partners, and build team capability.
