FLOYT Mobility seeks an HR Business Partner & Recruiter (m/f/d) to partner with our teams in Germany and Spain across the employee journey.

You will drive end-to-end recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, optimize candidate experience, and align with hiring managers on requirements and cultural fit. You will lead HR operations, ensure compliance, manage HR systems, and apply Spanish labor law while supporting international talent acquisition with an employer branding focus.

Formación

• 3-5 years of professional HR experience, generalist or HRBP background.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and regulations.
• Experience in international talent acquisition and employer branding.
• Background in HR Operations with Spanish HR administration and employee relations.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of recruiting for Germany and Spain.
• Development and execution of targeted sourcing strategies.
• Collaboration with hiring managers for requirements, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, focused on Spain and supporting Germany.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure compliance with local legal requirements.
