Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, guiding performance, talent, and organizational effectiveness. The role blends strategic partnering with hands-on HR operations to ensure compliance and an improved employee experience.

You will work across employee relations, data analytics, and HR transformation initiatives to drive continuous improvement in people processes and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and employee relations practices.
• Experience managing disciplinary processes, terminations, collective bargaining agreement interpretation, and manager coaching.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and HR administration.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR queries and partner with managers on performance, engagement, and development.
• Lead employee relations cases, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations with compliant handling.
• Leverage HR data and analytics to support decision-making and monitor turnover, engagement, and performance.
• Support performance management, talent development, engagement initiatives, and employee experience.
• Provide guidance on collective bargaining agreements and labor legislation and ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and HR technology adoption.
