Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is seeking a Health Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Health Organization Department in Madrid, Spain. The role collaborates with technology, finance and analytics teams to transform the provider experience and internal operations.

You will manage projects from inception to completion, define scope and governance, develop plans and budgets, monitor progress and report to the Head of Strategy and Transformation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master preferred).
• 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional strategic projects.
• Healthcare or large-scale transformation experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic projects from concept to delivery aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define scope, timelines and governance.
• Develop plans, budgets, risk assessments and communication strategies.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
