Phoenix Tower International is seeking a Corporate Development professional to provide analytical insights and valuation of strategic opportunities in Madrid. You will support deal lifecycle activities, develop financial models, and prepare executive presentations for internal leadership.

The role involves building dashboards, coordinating cross-functional reviews, and conducting ad hoc analyses to support strategic investments and due diligence efforts.

Formación

• Technical or quantitative undergraduate degree with 1-3 years of experience in related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial topics and transaction types.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional project leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Supports deal lifecycle activities including market analysis, financial modeling and pro forma statements.
• Develops dashboards and presentations to track industry trends and M&A opportunities.
• Builds relationships with senior leaders across the company.
• Orchestrates cross-functional reviews and due diligence, and prepares investment memos.
• Conducts ad hoc financial analyses and modeling for corporate finance matters.
