Phoenix Tower International is seeking a Corporate Development professional to provide analytical insights and valuation of strategic opportunities in Madrid. You will support deal lifecycle activities, develop financial models, and prepare executive presentations for internal leadership.

The role involves building dashboards, coordinating cross-functional reviews, and conducting ad hoc analyses to support strategic investments and due diligence efforts.

Formación

• Technical or quantitative undergraduate degree with 1-3 years of experience in related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial topics and transaction types.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional project leadership.

Purpose

Responsible to provide sustained analytical insights, qualitative and quantitative valuation of strategic opportunities to the Corporate Development team.

Functions

• Supports activities across deal lifecycle including analysis of new markets, financial modeling and pro forma financial statement development, valuation, financial and data analysis, and due diligence
• Develops and maintains dashboards and presentations that track and analyze our industry, as well as prospective mergers & acquisitions or other commercial opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders across the company
• Orchestrate cross-functional reviews and due diligence activities within PTI and third‑party providers, as required. You will also prepare investment memos and executive presentations for various internal meetings
• Conducts ad hoc analyses and financial models on various corporate finance and contractual matters
• Financial analyses may include LBO modeling, lease/buy/financing reviews of various assets of the business, acquisitions and other corporate finance studies

Qualifications

• Technical or quantitative undergraduate degree with 1-3 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Investment banking, Corporate/Business Development, Corporate Finance, Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Telecom, Media, or Technology
• Familiarity a wide range of transaction types and strong understanding of financial topics
• Excellent excel and power point skills
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong ability to present thoughtful input to complex decision making. Demonstrated experience in leading cross‑functional projects is preferred
