AMFRESH Group is a global agrifood innovation company seeking a Corporate Reporting & Performance Manager to partner with the CFO. You will analyse performance across countries, preparing Board and shareholder materials and driving value‑oriented reporting across the group.

The role combines financial reporting, performance management and business partnering, offering significant exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives.

Formación

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in finance or corporate performance roles.
• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance and business controlling in international groups.
• Background in Transaction Services, due diligence or deals is valued.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with KPI focus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve the Group's management reporting framework.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts and long‑range plans.
• Prepare board, shareholders and lender materials with clear business messaging.
• Drive reporting automation, data quality and governance improvements.
