You will join the Corporate Finance team of a growing international group, working as a direct partner to the CFO: analysing business performance across countries, preparing Board and shareholder materials and exposure to the real needs of the business.

The role combines financial reporting and performance management, Board and shareholder reporting, and business partnering across the organization.

You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to strategic initiatives and helping shape how the Group measures, communicates and creates value.

What You'll Own

  • Identify risks, opportunities and performance gaps across business units.
Planning, Forecasting & Business Performance
  • Report and review the annual budgeting across the Group.
  • Coordinate quarterly forecasts and long-range planning exercises.
  • Challenge assumptions and ensure robust financial planning across business areas.

You will actively contribute to value creation, not just measure it.

Executive, Board & Shareholder Reporting
  • Prepare high-quality financial and business performance materials for:
  • Board of Directors
  • Shareholders
  • Lenders and financing partners
  • Support the development of the Group's performance narrative.

  • Contribute to discussions around:

  • Capital allocation

This role offers significant visibility and interaction with senior stakeholders.

Reporting Excellence & Transformation
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes.
  • Enhance automation, dashboarding and data visualization capabilities.
  • Improve data quality, consistency and reporting governance.
  • Support the implementation of best-in-class FP&A and performance management practices.
  • Contribute to Finance transformation and digitalization initiatives.
