AMFRESH Group seeks a seasoned FP&A / Corporate Finance professional to join the Corporate Finance team. You will analyze performance across countries, partner with the CFO, and prepare materials for Board, shareholders and lenders.

The role combines financial reporting, planning, business partnering, and a focus on value creation across the organization, with exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Background in FP&A, corporate finance or business controlling in international companies.
• Big 4 audit or transaction services experience is common.
• M&A exposure or corporate strategy/finance roles with analytical focus is valued.
• Typically 6–8 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve the Group's management reporting framework and ensure decision-oriented analysis.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts and long-range plans across the Group.
• Prepare high-quality materials for Executives, Board & Shareholders and support reporting narratives.
• Drive FP&A and performance management transformation, including automation and dashboards.
• Translate financial results into clear business messages and identify growth opportunities.
