AMFRESH Group in Lugo, ES, is seeking a Corporate Reporting & Performance Manager with 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or business controlling.

You will own the group’s management reporting framework, drive planning, forecasting and executive reporting, and partner with senior leadership to shape value creation.

The role emphasizes automation, data visualization and governance, with exposure to boards and lenders, and requires fluent English and Spanish.

Formación

• Strong finance analytics and business partnering experience.
• Experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or Business Controlling in international settings.
• Exposure to Board/shareholder reporting and fundraising materials.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve the Group's management reporting framework.
• Deliver decision-oriented analysis on revenue, margin, cash flow and KPIs.
• Prepare accurate planning, budgeting, quarterly forecasts and long-range plans.
• Produce executive materials for the Executive Committee, Board and lenders.
• Lead reporting automation, dashboards, data quality and governance.
