CSL Behring is seeking a Regional Finance Business Partner for EuCan to drive financial insights and performance across multiple markets. You will partner with Finance and Commercial leaders to support planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, dashboard development, and cross‑country collaboration, with fluency in English and additional languages highly desirable. Flexible regional base within Europe.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience across finance disciplines such as business partnering, FP&A, reporting, or accounting operations.
Experience in biopharmaceuticals/life sciences preferred.
Strong analytical and modeling skills with ability to translate data into insights.
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
Fluent English; additional languages desirable.

Responsabilités

Support the Head of Finance with analyses, insights, and recommendations for leadership discussions and decision‑making.
Perform variance analyses and identify key drivers behind performance.
Develop executive presentations, briefing materials, and management reports.
Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and outlook cycles across EuCan markets.
Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to inform business decisions.
Drive data quality, automation, and standardization in reporting templates.
