Formación

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
• Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders in a finance role.
• Experience managing people.
• Proficiency with Excel and large-scale data mining and reporting tools (Python, SQL, Tableau).
• Experience in financial modelling.

Responsabilidades

• Own the financial partnership for a Central Operations area, linking performance metrics to financial outcomes and identifying cost variances.
• Present analyses to business owners, quantify opportunities, and influence decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Lead root cause analysis across sites/countries and design scalable measurement to improve efficiency.
• Drive cost-out and efficiency initiatives within the area and support cross-functional programs.
• Own area planning and test business assumptions with a challenging yet solid plan.
• Communicate variance drivers and actions to Country Finance leads and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data and tech teams to automate recurring analysis and adopt AI tools.
