Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Hub Delivery Finance team to drive financial processes and deliver high-impact analytics that support our rapidly growing network worldwide.

You'll own critical finance mechanisms, build scalable financial models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to guide growth strategies, cost optimization, and operational excellence across global delivery operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or another relevant field, or Master's degree (MBA or related discipline)
• Experience in relevant finance roles, or experience in a finance role including partnering with a variety of stakeholders across the business
• Experience working with Excel and large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as Python, SQL or Tableau
• Experience in financial modeling

Responsabilidades

• Partner with geo finance teams to manage recurring finance mechanisms (WBR, MBR, worldwide updates) with accurate reporting
• Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools to provide insights on performance and trends
• Proactively analyze financial data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geo teams to develop financial solutions while ensuring internal controls and compliance
• Drive continuous improvement projects to scale finance operations with measurable results
• Identify and automate manual processes across finance workflows to reduce cycle times and errors
