Job summary

FIA, a Madrid-based architecture practice acquired by the Egis Group, seeks a Senior Finance Leader to own budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term financial planning. You will act as a trusted partner to FIA’s Managing Director, lead the finance function, and drive commercial insight across projects and pricing decisions.

In this role you will coordinate with the 10N FP&A team, ensure statutory compliance in Spain, manage audits, and develop robust financial models to support strategic growth

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification finance leadership experience (FP&A and operations).
• Proven track record partnering with senior management and guiding strategic decisions.
• Background in professional services or design/engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Own FIA budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term financial planning.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive performance and commercial decisions.
• Oversee project economics, revenue recognition, and margins.
• Lead audits, controls, and compliance with group policies.
• Develop robust financial models and present insights to executives.
• Coordinate with 10N FP&A and EURA teams for alignment.
