Our Company is hiring a Senior Specialist Procurement - Eggs & Birds Category to join the Global Supplier Management team within Animal Health. The role supports a critical supply chain by driving supplier performance and continuity of supply and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

You will develop deep knowledge of the egg-based vaccine production process, lead supplier negotiations, manage outsourcing activities, and contribute to improvements in quality, cost and service performance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Veterinary Science, Science, Manufacturing or related.
• Experience in procurement, supplier management, outsourcing or category support.
• Experience in supplier performance management, negotiation, planning and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a subject matter resource for Eggs & Birds category with supplier engagement.
• Develop and maintain understanding of the egg-based vaccine production process.
• Monitor supplier and flock performance against defined metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Support and manage outsourcing activities to ensure quality and cost expectations.
• Lead supplier negotiations and support contract execution aligned with strategy.
• Participate in supplier governance with reviews, actions and escalation management.
• Partner with procurement, operations, quality, planning and technical teams to address issues.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations for decisions.
• Contribute to process optimization, supplier development and operational excellence.
