Deutsche Telekom in Catalonia seeks an experienced project leader to drive strategic digital transformation initiatives for clients in the region. You will define scope, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders and manage scope, schedule, budget, and governance.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across technical and business profiles, monitor progress with governance meetings, and ensure client satisfaction while contributing to proposals and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, planning, deliverables, and success criteria with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources (technological and human).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across functional, technical, and business profiles.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and incidents with contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress via indicators, status reports, and governance meetings; communicate clearly to all parties.
• Manage customer relationship to ensure alignment and high satisfaction.
• Propose solutions and strategies to achieve project objectives and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, deadlines, budget, and governance policies.
• Promote continuous improvement through PM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in technical proposals, offers, RFP/RFI, and related documentation for new opportunities.
