Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to drive post-sale technical leadership across major use cases and customers. You will engage with sales and field engineering to accelerate platform adoption, orchestrate services, and ensure success from onboarding to production go-live.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience accountable for technical project/program delivery in Data and AI
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
• Understanding of distributed data systems architecture and business value attribution
• Technical program or project management with stakeholder accountability
• Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives
• Ability to conduct discovery workshops and create strategic roadmaps
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for Databricks use cases
• Be the accountable technical leader for use cases across multiple teams
• Serve as first contact for technical issues related to production/go-live status
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding, PS, and Support to deliver tasks
• Develop plans to accelerate use cases into production and drive adoption
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering for new features and upgrades
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to Technical GM
