Job summary

Freenow by Lyft seeks a Communications Lead, Europe to oversee external communications for the region, shaping Lyft’s reputation and visibility as the company grows across European markets. You will guide strategic planning, proactive media engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with executives, policy teams, and local partners.

You’ll lead Spanish-market communications and ensure a unified voice while maintaining local credibility.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior communications experience across multi-market environments.
• Proven ability to lead global or regional communications programs and manage crises.

Responsibilities

• Own Europe external communications strategy and execution to build Lyft/FREENOW visibility.
• Lead strategic planning, media engagement, and senior stakeholder advisory across markets.
• Manage a team and coordinate with policy, legal, operations, and leadership on communications initiatives.
• Develop and maintain messaging for Lyft in Europe, supporting growth and reputation.
