Universitat Pompeu Fabra seeks a Communication & Knowledge Transfer Manager to lead a strategic plan for DPSS visibility, translate research into policy actions, and coordinate dissemination across blogs, websites and social channels. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, media studies, marketing, digital media or social sciences.
• Advanced knowledge of English; knowledge of Catalan or Spanish (one) required.
• Experience handling social media and editing video/audio content.
• Availability to start by November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a Strategic Plan to improve global visibility and public engagement.
• Develop a Science-for-Policy Roadmap translating research into policy recommendations.
• Strengthen partnerships with local, national and international stakeholders and media.
• Create and coordinate a dissemination blog and maintain SPEDD’s digital outlets.
• Coordinate SPEDD’s website and enhance social media presence in collaboration with UPF Communication Office.
• Oversee production of audiovisual content and coordinate with external agencies if needed.
• Guide researchers in effective communication, knowledge-sharing, and open science practices.
• Support project implementation and identify additional funding opportunities.
