Acierta, a global design and production house with offices worldwide, is seeking an Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive project success from Madrid. This hybrid role includes travel to Valencia and requires strategic thinking, financial acumen, and strong project leadership.

You will translate briefs into proposals, manage end-to-end delivery, and oversee budgets and revenue targets across retail and experiential programs.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in retail, experiential, or design/production environments.
• English and Spanish language proficiency mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary partner to clients and foster long-term relationships.
• Translate client briefs into proposals and manage end-to-end delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and expand project scopes.
• Lead client communication across all phases with transparency and accuracy.
• Manage project meetings, timelines, and documentation with clear ownership.
• Oversee budgets, burn reports, and change orders.
