Axéréal in Madrid is seeking a Business Controller to join their finance team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Group Controller on financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

This position requires a Master’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and able to deliver insights to support strategic decision-making. The role allows for a hybrid working model of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or auditing.
• Accurate and time-efficient.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Support consolidation of financial statements.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends.
• Monitor budget vs actual performance.
