Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking a business analyst in Getafe (Madrid) to architect digital evolution for Derivatives programs. You will bridge operational stakeholders with technical teams, translating evolving business needs into precise functional requirements.

Your role ensures alignment with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and In-Service Support (ISS) workflows, enabling a seamless transition from legacy processes to future-ready digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Conducts in-depth discovery meetings to capture complex requirements.
• Identifies areas for improvement in business processes providing possible IT solutions.
• Supports the IT Product Manager in the Product/Service Planning based on the customer requirements.
• Produces documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits for the customer.
• Defines and develop the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members.
• Monitors external business trends in order to better challenge the business requirements.
• Serves as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation.
