Job summary

Applus IDIADA seeks an experienced Bids, Contracts and Pricing Specialist to lead commercial bidding strategy and pricing across units. You will coordinate committees, assess risks, and ensure pricing coherence while managing contracts and margins.

The role requires 5+ years in a related field, strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. A cross-functional, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial, pricing, or contract management roles.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes and contract law.
• Proficiency in data analysis and CRM platform usage.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and objective setting.
• Excellent coordination and communication across departments.
• Experience in automotive or engineering services (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise commercial committees for offers across departments.
• Identify risks and USPs during offer reviews and evaluations.
• Handle contracts, payment conditions, billing terms and margins.
• Define pricing policies with product managers for consistency.
• Analyze pricing policy implementation for effectiveness and impact.
• Coordinate annual objectives with product and country sales managers.
• Monitor margins and EBITDA; report insights to leadership.
• Identify profit leakage and implement corrective actions.
