Job summary
Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG in Madrid area seeks an Application Engineer to support Sales during bidding, applying deep knowledge of MTU diesel and gas engines across marine, power generation, and industrial applications.
You will lead projects from order receipt to commissioning, coordinate with global teams, and ensure on-time delivery, quality and customer satisfaction in an international environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Able to lead and coordinate projects with cross-functional teams.
- PMP certification is valuable or equivalent project management training.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of MTU products and internal tools is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Review RFQ and prepare technical proposals per client requirements.
- Lead projects from order receipt to commissioning.
- Provide technical support to Sales during the bid process.
- Coordinate with partners and subsuppliers throughout execution.
- Monitor milestones with Finance for revenue recognition and invoicing.
- Collaborate in marketing actions and attend technical presentations.
- Perform post‑calculations after commissioning.
