Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems seeks an Application Engineer to support Sales during bidding, integrating MTU products into customer applications, and to lead projects from order receipt to commissioning. You will coordinate with HQ and partners, ensuring quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in project management and strong English, with opportunities in an international environment and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Project leadership skills.
• PMP certification is valuable.
• English: high level (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Review RFQ and prepare technical proposals per client requirements.
• Lead projects from order receipt to commissioning and closeout.
• Coordinate with funding/finance for milestones and revenue recognition.
• Engage with headquarters for product adaptations and customizations.
• Provide technical support to Sales during bids.
• Collaborate in marketing actions and customer events.
• Coordinate and lead the Service team during commissioning.
