NCC Group is seeking a seasoned cyber security strategist to originate and close high-value, multi-stakeholder opportunities in Spain. You will build senior relationships with CISOs, CIOs and board members, translating complex cyber capabilities into clear commercial outcomes.

Lead cross-functional teams and shape governance for strategic deals, aligning client priorities with NCC Group’s capabilities across cyber advisory, governance, cloud and third-party risk.

Formación

• Significant senior-level experience across cybersecurity, cyber advisory, consulting, cyber services, technology, risk, compliance, security leadership or complex enterprise sales.
• Strong track record of originating, shaping or closing strategic opportunities, ideally including large or transformational deals with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of cyber risk, regulatory expectations, audit cycles, remediation programmes, operational resilience, third-party risk, fraud exposure, data protection, AI risk and board-level reporting.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior business, technology, risk and security stakeholders, translating complex technical capability into clear commercial, regulatory and operational outcomes.
• Strong senior customer network and ability to convert trusted relationships into qualified pipeline, executive introductions, revenue growth and new-logo opportunities.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity services and propositions, including technical assurance, governance and compliance, identity, cloud security, incident readiness, red teaming, continuous testing, managed detection and response, AI security and third-party risk.
