Jobtailor is seeking a senior cybersecurity services leader in Madrid to drive consultative engagements with enterprise clients. You will shape security programs, design tailored solutions, and present strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, advance security roadmaps, and oversee delivery quality while identifying risks and dependencies across engagements.

Formación

• 10+ years in cybersecurity services.
• Certifications CISSP, CISM, or C‑CISO are a plus.
• Understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST) and modern orchestration/AI adoption.
• Experience developing new cybersecurity offerings and service lines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity services
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Telecommunications
• Certifications is a plus: CISSP, CISM, C‑CISO
• Understanding of complex security architectures aligned with the NIST framework
• Knowledge and definition of cybersecurity processes and procedures aligned with the main cybersecurity frameworks and norms
• Cybersecurity modernization based on orchestration (data and workflows) and AI adoption
• Experience developing new cybersecurity offerings and service lines through the consolidation of key client demands
• Business development through consultative and technology advisory approachesExperience in pre‑sales processes
• Strong interpersonal skills for client engagement
• Executive reporting (C‑level)
