• Manage and coordinate daily accounting activities.
• Oversee monthly closing processes.
• Ensure accurate recording of transactions and provisions.
• Review and approve balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards (IFRS, US GAAP, or local).
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the accounting team.
• Implement improvements in processes, controls, and automation.
