Otis is seeking an Accounting Lead to oversee the company’s accounting operations at our Madrid location. You will manage daily activities, drive monthly closings, ensure accurate records, and coordinate audits in a multinational environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in accounting, strong knowledge of regulations, ERP experience with JDEdwards, and advanced Excel skills. English fluency is essential to collaborate across teams globally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems (JDEdwards).
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Advanced level of English in multinational environments.
